2. For secure transportation, we recommend placing desserts on a flat area in your vehicle, like the floorboard, with proper air circulation and a non-slip mat under the box to prevent sliding.
3. In case of transportation damage, we may offer repair services, with costs based on time and additional supplies needed. Payment for repairs is required before commencement.
4. Adhering to specified pickup times is crucial due to our busy schedule. Your order must be picked up within set time frames, and any delays should be communicated promptly to 803-615-0307 for potential rescheduling within 24 hours of your original pickup time. We sell perishable items that are their best quality up to 24 hours after they are completed. We will not provide a refund for orders that perish or diminish in quality if you cannot pick them up within the 24-hour extension period.
