Dessert Designs: Artistic Variations & Color Matching
Please note that the pictures provided are for reference only, and they are meant to help create a customized design for you. Remember that desserts may not look the same as those made by other bakers or dessert artists.
1. We always strive to create desserts that match your specifications regarding flavor, filling, decoration, size, color, shape, and design. However, as creating desserts is an art, some variations may exist.
2. Achieving a perfect color match is not always possible, as different ingredients can take color differently. We will do our best to match ingredients and any provided color swatches. We cannot guarantee a match for a color sent via electronic device, as monitors and displays can vary in how color is displayed.
4. To ensure the stability and integrity of your event desserts, we reserve the right to make design and structural changes on-site or off-site without prior notification.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Modifications
1. Returns: All sales are final and non-returnable. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and services, and we stand behind our work.
2. Refunds/Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation after we have started working on your order or we have ordered supplies for your order, we will not provide a refund. With our discretion, special circumstances may allow specific order balances to be transferable to an alternate order as a credit within 45 days of cancellation.
3. Modifications: We strive to accommodate changes made up to 3 days before the order due date. Kindly be aware that last-minute adjustments may incur additional charges and are subject to our ability to accommodate them.
4. Force Majeure Notice: Sensational Sugars is committed to providing exceptional service; however, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact our ability to fulfill obligations. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, or any other extraordinary events, we will strive to mitigate disruptions and find suitable solutions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during such challenging times.

PAYMENTS
1. Payment Terms: Orders must be paid in full before we can begin creating or delivering products. We will start working on your order as soon as payment is received and confirmed.
2. Deposits: Orders that require a deposit must be paid in full by the specified due date. Failure to pay the remaining deposit will result in your order being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid for your order or services.

We take pride in creating exquisite chocolate-coated fruits that are sure to delight your senses. In order to inform you about the nature of our products, please read the following disclaimers:
1. Fruit Juices and Chocolate: Due to the natural moisture content of fresh fruits, there is a possibility that some fruit juices may seep into the chocolate or out of the fruit. This can be caused by the difference in temperature between the fruits and the chocolate they are dipped in. While we take every care to minimize this effect, it is a natural characteristic of the product.
2. Peak Quality: We are committed to delivering the highest quality products to you. Our fresh fruits are at their best up to 24 hours after delivery. We recommend enjoying them within this timeframe to ensure you experience their optimal taste and texture. Please refer to our Treat Care Instructions page for guidance on how to care for your treats.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of the situations mentioned above or due to fruit spoilage.
Non-Edible Elements:
Occasionally, our desserts may feature or be packaged with non-edible items. We will clearly identify these items, and it is your responsibility to remove them before serving.
Serving Estimates & Sizes:
While we provide serving size estimates, they are not guaranteed to be exact. Sensational Sugars is not liable for dessert shortages resulting from overly large portions or your guests taking more than the allotted portions.
Allergy & Dietary Warning:
Sensational Sugars' desserts may have come in contact with or contain ingredients such as milk, eggs, nuts, fruit, chocolate, soy, wheat, and more. It is essential for the client to inform guests about potential allergens, including natural and artificial dyes, flavorings, sweeteners, and other undisclosed allergens. We will not be held responsible for potential allergy hazards, incidents, or reactions to our desserts.
Client Pick-Ups
1. Upon receiving your dessert(s), you assume full responsibility for its safekeeping. Ensure an appropriate environment, keeping it away from heat, vibrations, crowds, animals, etc. and placing it on a suitable surface. Any damage, such as collapse, melting, pokes, cracking, etc., occurring post-pickup is not the responsibility of Sensational Sugars.
2. For secure transportation, we recommend placing desserts on a flat area in your vehicle, like the floorboard, with proper air circulation and a non-slip mat under the box to prevent sliding.
3. In case of transportation damage, we may offer repair services, with costs based on time and additional supplies needed. Payment for repairs is required before commencement.
4. Adhering to specified pickup times is crucial due to our busy schedule. Your order must be picked up within set time frames, and any delays should be communicated promptly to 803-615-0307 for potential rescheduling within 24 hours of your original pickup time. We sell perishable items that are their best quality up to 24 hours after they are completed. We will not provide a refund for orders that perish or diminish in quality if you cannot pick them up within the 24-hour extension period.
5. We value punctuality; therefore, we cannot hold pickup times for late clients. Those exceeding a 30-minute delay without notice before the set time may incur late fees, as we strive to accommodate all clients efficiently.
Media Usage
We retain the right to utilize all dessert photographs for advertising and marketing purposes.
Resale Policy
Our bakery products are intended for personal consumption only and may not be resold or distributed for commercial purposes without prior authorization from Sensational Sugars. Any unauthorized resale will result in legal action.
